IMPORTANT DISCLOSURE

Broken 2 Blessing is not a treatment program for individuals seeking to stop using drugs, alcohol or substances, but a holistic recovery program for people who want to change their lives. Individuals must meet the Expectations in order to be accepted into the group and/or be invited to the Mission Farm and Retreat Center (MFRC).

The program is run on a day-to-day basis by the co-executive directors. Neither the co-directors or any of the B2B participants are professional mental health providers. In B2B we are all broken people who share what works based on our own experiences. We do not give advice, only examples of possible actions that have worked for us. Take what you like, and leave the rest.

A Board of Directors governs major decisions related to the program. The program has no specific accreditation, affiliation with or recognition by any professional or medical association.

Attendance at the Mission Farm and Retreat Center is strictly by invitation only and is at the sole discretion of the co-executive directors. Drugs, alcohol or illicit substances (even those deemed legal at a state or local level) are not permitted at the MFRC.

By accepting an invitation to and attending the MFRC, you agree that you will be spending time on a working farm in a rural area of Kentucky, and accept any risks associated with the same. You will interact with a diverse group of people. You should be in reasonably good health and able to navigate uneven and/or unpaved terrain on foot without assistance. You may be asked to perform physical tasks related to general housekeeping and maintenance. You may interact with farm animals.

By accepting an invitation to and attending the MFRC, you agree that Broken 2 Blessing, its staff, volunteers, and/or board members are not responsible for you, your individual conduct or personal items.

You may be immediately expelled from the MFRC and B2B for any of the following reasons (and may be referred to local law enforcement if deemed necessary) if:

  • You are in violation of the Expectations

  • You damage or destroy individual or communal property

  • You are intoxicated according to the jurisdiction in which the MFRC is located

  • Your behave toward staff, volunteers or participants in a violent or discriminatory manner

  • Any other reason deemed necessary by the most senior staff member onsite, in order to preserve the health, wellbeing, and/or physical safety of any attendee, staff member or volunteer.

If you have any questions, please contact the co-executive directors.
